Esperance Tunis to host replica of 2025 FIFA club world cup trophy in February
The highly anticipated 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will see its trophy on display in Tunisia early next year, as revealed by Riyad Bennour, the football director of Espérance Sportive de Tunis.
The replica of the coveted title will be showcased in Tunisia from February 14 to 16, 2025, just months before the actual competition takes place in the United States.
Speaking on the live sports program “Forum Sport” on December 5, 2024, Bennour, who was in Miami for the draw ceremony, confirmed the exciting news.
He said, “The replica of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup trophy will be present in Tunisia in February, ahead of the global competition set to take place in the United States.”
The official draw for the 2025 edition of the tournament will take place later that evening in Miami, where the participating clubs will find out their group stage opponents.
Espérance Tunis, the Tunisian representative, will be among those teams, eagerly awaiting their three rivals.
The tournament, scheduled to run from June 15 to July 13, 2025, will be the first edition of the FIFA Club World Cup to be held in the United States.
Miami, known for its vibrant sports culture, will host the draw event at approximately 7:00 p.m. local time.
