CS Constantine draws with Biskra, maintains top spot in Ligue 1

CS Constantine maintained its position at the top of the Algerian Ligue 1 after securing a valuable 1-1 draw against Union Biskra on Monday at Alia Stadium.

The result came in the 11th round of the first professional football league.

Union Biskra took the lead in the first half with a goal from Bouzian in the 39th minute. However, the “Smurfs” quickly responded in the second half, with Nkembe Eno scoring their equalizer.

The draw sees CS Constantine continue to lead the standings, holding onto their position as they aim for further success in the competition.
