Tunisian forward Anas Haj Mohamed has wrote his name into the history books of Italian Serie A outfit, Parma.
Anas Mohammed was on target on Sunday when Parma cruised to 3-1 home win over Lazio in the week 14 of the Italian top-flight.
And, at 19 years and 246 days, the Tunisian player is the second youngest non-Italian player to find the net in the Serie A, trailing Swedish star Dejan Kulusevski, who scored for Parma at the age of 19 years and 158.
Anas Mohammed was born and raised in Italy to a Tunisian father and Moroccan mother, allowing him to represent any of the counties at the international level.
The 19-year-old featured for the Italy U17 team in 2022 before joining Morocco’s U20.
In September 2023, he switched allegiance to represent Tunisia, earning four caps with the national team.
Haj Mohamed began his career at Chievo Verona’s youth academy in 2012, joining Parma in 2021 on a free transfer, where he initially played for the U-18 team.
He gain prominence in 2023–2024, playing in 5 Serie A games for a total of 152 minutes. He assisted on one goal and scored another, totaling two goals.
Haj Mohamed’s contract with Parma lasts until 2026, and he is currently estimated to be worth €200,000.
