Fulham suffered a heavy 4-1 defeat at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers in Saturday’s Premier League clash, despite Alex Iwobi giving the hosts an early lead.
Iwobi opened the scoring in the 20th minute with a stunning strike from the edge of the box.
However, Wolves responded quickly, equalizing 11 minutes later through Matheus Cunha, who capitalized on a Mario Lemina assist.
Joao Gomes added a second for the visitors shortly after the restart, while Cunha netted his second in the 87th minute with an impressive finish.
Substitute Gonçalo Guedes completed the rout in stoppage time, leaving Fulham stunned.
The loss sees Fulham slip to ninth in the Premier League table with 18 points.
Wolves, securing only their second league victory this season, climbed to 17th, moving out of the relegation zone with nine points from 12 matches.
