Al Jazira’s Amouta nominated for ADNOC pro league’s best coach of October
Al Jazira’s head coach, Hussein Amouta, has been shortlisted for the prestigious ADNOC Pro League’s Coach of the Month award for October, in recognition of his exceptional leadership with the Emirati club.
Amouta, who leads Al Jazira, has guided the team to fourth place in the league standings, amassing 13 points from seven games.
His strong performance in the ADNOC Pro League sees him competing for the award alongside two other notable candidates: Portuguese coach Paulo Sousa, currently with Al-Ahli, and Norwegian manager Ronny Deila, who heads Al-Wahda.
The Coach of the Month award will be determined by fan votes, underscoring the influence and popularity of each candidate.
Amouta’s inclusion in this elite trio highlights his impact in Emirati football, especially as Al Jazira seeks to secure a top position in the highly competitive league.
Amouta’s nomination follows a period of strong performances for Al Jazira, who have shown both tactical depth and resilience on the field under his guidance.
His tactical acumen and motivational skills have played a pivotal role in positioning Al Jazira as a formidable force this season.
The fan-driven vote for the ADNOC Pro League’s Coach of the Month reflects the enthusiasm surrounding UAE’s professional football league, where supporters play a direct role in recognizing managerial excellence.
