Mahmoud Saber scores historic first goal in NILE league season opener between Smouha and Haras El Hodood
Mahmoud Saber, a Smouha player on loan from Pyramids, etched his name into the record books by scoring the first goal of the campaign in a thrilling season opener for the 2024-2025 NILE League.
The midfielder’s goal came during Wednesday night’s fixture against Haras El Hodood, marking an explosive start to the league.
Saber’s goal, a stunning long-range strike from inside the penalty area, gave Smouha the early lead in what quickly became an intense showdown between the two sides.
