Spanish sports newspaper “Marca” highlighted on Monday that Moroccan forward Ibrahim Diaz, of Real Madrid, with 12 goals and 7 assists in all competitions, has marked his best season in his football career, becoming an essential piece in the royal club’s lineup.
The specialized newspaper stated that Ibrahim Diaz, who has become Ancelotti’s best possible substitute this season, possesses a natural talent that allows him to easily dribble past opponents.
Being from a rare breed of players still active in football, he also deceives defenders with his decision-making, confirming that the 24-year-old Moroccan striker “qualifies to be a starter in any team in the world.”
Marca shed light on his “great technical abilities, game vision, and evident physical development,” noting that the Moroccan “plays a crucial role in Real Madrid’s lineup” and “is the most useful piece in the matches of the Spanish League.”
It added, “It is clear that Ibrahim Diaz deserves more playing time, as Ancelotti says. With 12 goals and 7 assists so far, he is the fourth most decisive player in the team, after Joud Bellingham, Vinicius Junior, and Rodrigo.”
The newspaper concluded, stating, “Ibrahim Diaz faces many challenges: the last three matches in the Spanish League, the Champions League final, and the Moroccan national team.”
