A camp called the “Integrity Camp for Young Leaders of West Africa” was organized in Ivory Coast, bringing together around forty young leaders from West African countries such as Ivory Coast, Benin, Burkina Faso, Niger, Senegal, and Togo. The camp, initiated by the UNDP in collaboration with Transparency International and the Ivorian Ministry of Youth Promotion, Sports, and Leisure, focused on the theme “Young people, stand up for your future, let’s all act against corruption.” The participants committed to fighting corruption and promoting integrity in African society. The camp aimed to equip young leaders with the knowledge and tools to champion integrity. The Ivorian Minister of Youth Promotion, Sports, and Leisure, Alain Lobognon, encouraged the participants to stand up against corruption and become models of honest executives for Africa’s development. The training spanned five days in Yamoussoukro.
