In a recent article, Africa Top Sports suggested that Steve Mandanda might be regretting his decision to reject an offer from AS Monaco while he was still performing at his peak. This speculation comes as Mandanda’s future at Marseille remains uncertain.
Speaking at a press conference just two days before Marseille’s final match of the season against Guingamp, the goalkeeper was ambiguous about his future with the club. He stated, “I don’t plan beyond the Guingamp match. But I think I will settle my case fairly quickly.” Despite this uncertainty, Mandanda expressed his attachment to Marseille, saying, “I became attached to the club and to the people who work here. Bielsa doesn’t have to have a long speech to convince me.”
