The Moroccan football team is gearing up for its training camp in Portugal ahead of the African Cup of Nations scheduled for 2015 in Morocco. Led by coach Badou Zaki, the team will depart on May 18 for Faro, where they will stay at the Ria Park Vale Do Lobo Algarve hotel.
Training sessions will be partially open to the press on May 20 and 21, with about 15 minutes of access granted, while the rest of the sessions will be conducted behind closed doors.
During their stay, the Atlas Lions will play two friendly matches. The first match will be against Mozambique on May 23 at 8:00 p.m. local time at ESTÁDIO S. LUÍS, followed by a match against Angola on May 28, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. at ESTÁDIO ALGARVE in Loulè.
After concluding the training camp, the entire delegation will return to Morocco on May 29 and continue their preparation in El Jadida at the Pullman Hotel. They will then travel to Moscow on June 3, 2014, to face the Russian national team on June 6, 2014, at the Lokomotiv STADIUM in Moscow.
