MERCATO: SENAH MANGO AND OM, IT’S OVER!

Senah Mango, nearing the end of his contract with Marseille, has opted to embark on a new chapter in his career by signing a two-year deal, with an optional additional year, with Luzenac, newly promoted to Ligue 2, as reported by La Provence. The Togolese defender, who spent this season on loan from OM to Luzenac, has evidently made a positive impression with his performances for the club.

Despite being viewed as a promising talent within Marseille’s ranks, Mango, at 22 years old, struggled to secure consistent opportunities at OM, a fate shared by many of the club’s academy graduates. While once hailed as a beacon of hope in Marseille, Mango’s early potential failed to fully materialize, leading to a series of loan spells at Monaco, Uzès Pont du Gard, and finally Luzenac AP.

Now, Mango bids farewell to Marseille, marking the end of his tenure at the club. With Luzenac, he seeks to establish himself and fulfill the promise he showed as a young player. This move signifies a fresh start for the Togolese talent, as he aims to make his mark in Ligue 2 and beyond.
