Henri Michel, the French coach of the Kenyan national football team (Harambee Stars), has decided to resign from his position. The decision comes amid disagreements with the Kenyan Football Federation (KFF) regarding certain points in his contract. Henri Michel took over as head coach of Harambee Stars in September with the goal of qualifying the team for the 2014 World Cup. However, the team faced two initial defeats in friendly matches against South Africa and Tanzania under his leadership.
