The Black Stars of Ghana, Otto Addo has expressed his delight about his team’s massive victory against Madagascar in the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Speaking in a post-match interview, coach Otto Addo said the win was well-deserved.
“Like I said, it is not done yet. We still have to work hard. This is football, [and] things can turn very fast, and as a national [team] coach, you always have to wait for some months before you can get the team together to play again.
“I am very happy with the result and the way we played. It’s well-deserved, and we are looking forward,” Coach Otto Addo said.
Following Ghana’s win against Madagascar, the Black Stars are now top of the Group I standings in the African qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
