Tanzania’s U15 Boys team have reached the final of the 2025 CAF African Schools Football Championship after defeating Ghana’s U15 Boys team in the semi-final.
The two youth national teams locked horns on Friday, April 25, to do battle in the semi-final for a place in the final.
In the game of 20 minutes per half, Tanzania scored in the first minute of the first half and held on to shock the host nation with a 1-0 win at the end of the contest.
Ghana’s Boys U15 went into the game as favourites after winning all three group games.
However, a determined Tanzania performance saw the side overcome the Ghana U15 side to all three points.
