Technical Director of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Austin Eguavoen, has tipped the Super Eagles B to defeat Ghana’s Black Galaxies.
Nigeria will host Ghana at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in the return leg of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN), on Saturday, December 28.
In the first leg, the Super Eagles held the Black Galaxies to a goalless scoreline in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium last Sunday.
Ahead of the clash this weekend, Eguavoen showed full support to the team and expressed confidence in the team’s ability to win against Ghana.
“I am 100% sure that this time we will turn things around,” he told Kennis FM. “I am confident we will qualify for CHAN.
“The boys are ready and determined to deliver as they promised. All we need now is a bit of luck,” he added.
The game has been scheduled to kick off at 16:00 GMT.
