Uganda’s 23-man squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations has been confirmed by coach Sébastien Desabre, with three players—Kirizestom Ntambi, Saddam Ibrahim Juma, and Alexis Bakka—left out. The squad includes key overseas-based players such as Michael Azira (Montreal Impact), Faruk Miya (Gorica), and Joseph Ochaya (TP Mazembe).
Uganda will face Congo (June 22), Zimbabwe (June 26), and Egypt (June 30) in Group A.
