2014 WORLD CUP-SENEGAL-IVORY COAST: “IT MAKES OR BREAKS” FOR GANA GUEYE

After a 3-1 defeat in the first leg against Ivory Coast, Senegal faces a challenging task in the return match for the final qualification to the 2014 World Cup. With the Leopold Sedar Senghor Stadium in Dakar suspended, the Lions of Teranga will play the return leg at the Mohamed V Stadium in Casablanca, Morocco. Senegal needs to score two goals without conceding to qualify, making the challenge immense, especially against Ivory Coast’s strong offensive team led by Didier Drogba. Senegalese international Idrissa Gana Gueye expressed determination, stating, “We will give everything to achieve this, inshallah. We can qualify without any problem.
