The Standardization Committee of the Cameroon Football Federation has announced the travel of a delegation to Costa Sauipe in Brazil, in preparation for the World Cup. The delegation, led by Joseph Owona, President of the Fécafoot standardization committee, and accompanied by national coach Volker Finke, will participate in the drawing ceremony and engage in meetings with FIFA’s technical services. The delegation will also attend a seminar on ticketing and conduct prospective visits to choose the national team’s base camp. Cameroon has qualified for the World Cup six times, with its best result being reaching the quarter-finals in 1990.
