Paulo Duarte has unveiled his squad for the upcoming match against Burkina Faso, marking the 6th and final day of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers. Notably absent from the selection is André Biyogho Poko from Bordeaux, despite his impressive performance as the best player in the Champions Trophy and consistent play with Girondins since the season began.
However, Pierre-Emérick Aubameyang, who missed the friendly against Cape Verde on August 14, makes a return. The experienced Daniel Cousin, at 35 years old, continues to be part of the squad. Goalkeeper Didier Ovono, currently seeking a club, is expected to take his place between the posts against Burkina Faso.
